Experience the interplay of deep heat, coloured light and gentle music in our new infrared cabin. One treatment takes approximately 30 minutes. Here the body temperature is increased by approximately 0.2 – 0.3 °C. The alternative colour scheme and the gentle music ensure a positive sense of well-being.

Effect and indications: The heat generated from the infrared beam on the skin surface is continuously transported to the inside of the body through circulation. As a result, the body temperature increases from the start, continuously and slowly. To eliminate “internal heat”, the body begins to gradually increase the circulation of the peripheral area (muscles, skin). After approximately ten minutes, an increase of body temperature of 0.1 °C is reached and sweat production is also activated. Through simple heat induction, in addition the back area is heated locally down very deeply. The infrared in-depth heat modulates and reinforces the immune system, increases the circulation and improves metabolism. Through intensive sweating, cleansing and detoxification of the body are supported; tensions and back pains are positively effected. Infrared depth heat is used in addition when treating skin diseases. The treatment promotes weight loss. A stay in the infrared cabin is equivalent to light circulation endurance training. The application is used as a preparation for manual treatments (massages etc.).
