The massage begins gently, then there is a powerful massage and kneading of the individual muscle parts. This means that the body is prepared for upcoming stresses and the circulation is stimulated. In this form of massage, the therapist addresses individual needs that can occur, for example, following sports (hardening of the muscle, cramps, tension). The sports massage is not only suitable for athletes but also for persons in their professional lives or in their daily routine.
