A foot massage occurs with the foot reflex zone massage. Certain foot areas are over nerve pathways in conjunction with certain organs because each organ is reflected in a certain area or reflex point on the soles of the feet. The reflex zones on the feet are stimulated and thereby affect blocks in the organs and joints through a different thumb pressure. The strength of the massage is individually adapted. For this treatment, the guest in on his or her back, the therapist assesses the appearance of the feet, feels them and then massages them for 30 minutes, particularly the stressed reflex zones. 

Effect: The general effects of foot reflex zone massage are relaxation, enhanced circulation, the stimulation of the body’s defence system and self-healing forces, the resolution of blockages and a positive effect on the mind and spirit.

Indication: A foot reflex zone massage is particularly recommended for pain and functional disorders of the spinal column, joints and muscle tissue, headaches of very different varieties, acute and chronic disorders in the digestive tract.
